In 2015, Guangyu Group's sales reached USD 33 million, with LED lamp products entering global markets in volume. This milestone marked the success of the group's transformation from chip trading to LED packaging manufacturing, with SMD LED lamps and through-hole LED indicators winning stable orders from customers in Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia.

Behind the sales growth was continuous investment in manufacturing: the group introduced ASM fully automatic die bonding, wire bonding, and binning equipment, building a complete process chain from A-grade chip incoming inspection to 99.99% pure gold-wire bonding and Japanese imported encapsulation resin, laying the foundation for the later 200KK monthly capacity.
