In 2019, GTY Group relocated to Songhu Zhigu Industrial Park in Dongguan, comprehensively upgrading its manufacturing and R&D environment. The new site brings together LED packaging lines, a quality testing center, R&D laboratories and international business offices, providing stronger infrastructure for Hongcheng's LED manufacturing.
After the move, the group progressively expanded to 40 imported ASM fully automated packaging lines with monthly capacity of about 200 million pieces (200KK), covering SMD LEDs, through-hole LEDs, addressable RGB LEDs and IR receiver modules. The park's industrial cluster advantages also strengthened supply-chain coordination and talent recruitment.
From this new base, the group went on to complete several rounds of capacity expansion — reaching 40 ASM lines and 200KK monthly capacity by 2026 — while Hongcheng's back-end precision processing and specialty lamp manufacturing capabilities advanced in step.
