Manufacturing Capability
The Group operates 40 fully automatic high-precision LED packaging lines (Guangdong Guangyu Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd.) equipped with premium ASM die-bonding and wire-bonding systems, delivering a monthly combined capacity of up to 200KK and reliably supporting high-volume orders. All lines use A-grade chips, 99.99% pure gold wire, and high-temperature-resistant, low-degradation encapsulants imported from Japan, Korea and Taiwan — over 50% of core raw materials come from premium overseas supply chains, ensuring parameter consistency, aging resistance, low light decay and high stability.
The company is equipped with a complete automated back-end process line covering spectral sorting, color binning, electrical testing, taping, lead cutting & forming, and finished-product packaging, together with a full suite of precision inspection equipment including spectrum analyzers, ESD protection, thermal shock, and high/low-temperature cycling aging tests — building a closed-loop, high-standard quality control system across the entire process.
Products & Customization
The company offers a full range of 0201–5730 SMD LEDs, RGB/RGBW color LEDs, and 2mm–10mm through-hole LED indicators, as well as back-end subcontract processing of semi-finished optoelectronic components and custom special-purpose lamp services. Differentiated customization is supported for voltage, wavelength, color coordinates, brightness binning and encapsulant color, with sampling, small-batch and mass production services backed by complete Datasheet documentation. Compliance reports including RoHS, CE, halogen-free and PFAS are available for all products to meet global market access standards.
