Manufacturing Capacity
Guangdong Guangyu Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. operates 40 sets of fully‑automatic high‑precision LED packaging production lines equipped with premium ASM die‑bonders and wire‑bonders, delivering a comprehensive monthly capacity up to 200KK to fulfill large‑volume orders stably. Grade‑A chips, 99.9% pure gold wires and imported high‑temperature‑resistant low‑degradation encapsulant from Japan, South Korea and Taiwan are adopted across production lines. More than 50% of key raw materials are sourced from premium overseas supply chains to guarantee product consistency, anti‑aging performance, low light attenuation and high reliability. Complete automated post‑processing lines cover sorting by light intensity & color, electrical performance testing, taping, lead cutting & forming and final packaging. A full set of precision testing instruments including spectrum analyzers, ESD protection facilities, thermal shock testers and high‑low‑temperature cycling aging equipment are deployed to build a closed‑loop high‑standard quality control system for the whole production workflow.
