In 2026, GTY Group completed 40 fully automated, high-precision LED packaging lines, bringing combined monthly capacity to 200KK (about 200 million pieces) — under the group's integrated structure of front-end manufacturing, back-end precision processing and global trade. The lines cover the full range: SMD LEDs (0201–5730), through-hole LEDs (2–10 mm), addressable RGB LEDs and IR receiver modules.
Every line runs imported ASM fully automated die bonders, wire bonders and sorting machines, with 99.99% pure gold wire ball bonding and vacuum potting using imported Japanese encapsulant. Before shipment, each batch passes high-temperature aging and reliability sampling, keeping field failure rates at PPM level. As a group member, Hongcheng Optoelectronics draws on this capacity to support 3-day sampling and 7–10 working-day delivery for customers worldwide.
Capacity is anchored by group member Guangdong Guangyu Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd. (holder of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certification); Hongcheng handles back-end precision processing and specialty lamp manufacturing, while GTY Group International (HK) Co., Limited manages overseas trade — three companies, one quality chain from die to delivery.
