In 2015, GTY Group's sales reached US$33 million as its LED products entered global markets in volume. The milestone confirmed the group's successful transition from chip trading to LED packaging manufacturing, with SMD LEDs and through-hole LED indicators winning stable orders from customers in Europe, the Americas, Japan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
Behind the growth was sustained investment in manufacturing: ASM fully automated die bonding, wire bonding and sorting equipment, and a complete process chain — from Grade-A die incoming inspection to 99.99% pure gold wire bonding and encapsulation with imported Japanese resin — laying the foundation for the later 200KK monthly capacity.
It was during this period that the group established its high-standard materials doctrine: Grade-A dice, high-purity gold wire and imported encapsulants — the quality foundation for serving industrial-control and automotive customers today.
