The 3MM round-top LED, also called an F3 through-hole light-emitting diode, uses a round lens encapsulant approximately 3mm in diameter. It features a compact size, high brightness, focused light output, fast response and easy installation. Suitable for instruments, appliance panels, electronic equipment and industrial control indicators, with custom emission colors, brightness, wavelengths, encapsulant colors, viewing angles and lead lengths available.

Selection Recommendations
Through-hole LED lead polarity is long lead positive and short lead negative. Recommended soldering conditions are within 260℃/3 seconds. Forward voltage varies by color (1.8~3.4V); select the current-limiting resistor for the actual color.
