In 2010, Dongguan Hongcheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. was founded to focus on LED packaging and optoelectronic manufacturing. In the same year, GTY Group International (HK) Co., Limited was established to handle overseas trade and international customer relations. Hongcheng's founding marked GTY Group's full transition from chip trading into LED manufacturing.
From day one, Hongcheng positioned itself in the mid-to-high-end market: ASM fully automated packaging equipment, five core processes — die bonding, wire bonding, encapsulation, binning and aging — Grade-A dice and 99.99% pure gold wire bonding. This became the foundation for serving industrial control and automotive electronics.
Fifteen years on, the standard set at founding has never changed: honest materials, full inspection before shipment, and process discipline at every step. Every LED we ship today is still built that way.
