很多工程师遇到过这种诡异故障:灯珠焊接测试时好好的,装机几个月后陆续死灯或微亮,拆下来测VF又明显异常。八成是静电击穿(ESD损伤)——它不显性爆发,而是先在芯片内部打出暗伤,数月后才失效。这是LED失效分析中占比最高的隐性原因之一。

一、静电是怎么打坏灯珠的?

人体行走、摩擦可轻易积累几千至上万伏静电。LED芯片(尤其是蓝、白光的InGaN芯片)对静电敏感,反向耐压通常只有5V左右。一次人体放电(HBM模型)就可能:

  • 即时击穿:芯片直接短路或开路,立刻死灯——这种好排查;
  • 潜伏损伤:芯片内部产生微裂纹或漏电通道,当时测试正常,使用中漏电流逐渐增大,表现为数月后变暗、微亮("鬼火")或死灯——这种最难追。

二、怎么判断死灯是静电造成的?

  • 测反向漏电:正常灯珠反向加压5V漏电流应<10μA,ESD损伤灯珠漏电明显偏大甚至导通;
  • 测正向VF:同电流下VF异常偏低,通常伴随漏电通道;
  • 失效分布特征:集中在某生产批次、某工位、干燥季节(冬季高发),基本可锁定ESD;
  • 切片分析:金线完好但芯片有击穿点,可确诊。

三、产线防静电的最低配置

  • 作业员佩戴有线防静电手环并每日点检,工位铺防静电台垫并可靠接地;
  • 贴片机、烙铁、测试仪器外壳接地,烙铁用防静电恒温款;
  • 灯珠全程用防静电料盘/卷带存放转运,禁止用普通塑料袋;
  • 干燥环境(湿度<40%RH)增配离子风机,湿度保持40%-60%RH可大幅降低静电压。
