1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing www.hc-led168.com or purchasing products from Dongguan Hongcheng Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. ("Hongcheng"), you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Products and Quotations
Product specifications are described in the datasheets published on this website. Quotations are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise and may be adjusted according to raw material and exchange rate fluctuations.
3. Orders and Minimum Order Quantity
Standard MOQ: 1K pcs for through-hole LEDs and 3K-5K pcs (full reel) for SMD LEDs. Custom models (special wavelength, brightness or voltage binning) are subject to confirmed MOQs per project.
4. Samples
Free samples are available for testing; courier costs may be borne by the buyer. Sample lead time is normally 3-4 working days.
5. Payment and Delivery
Payment terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice. Mass production lead time is normally 10-15 working days depending on order quantity and production scheduling. Delivery terms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) follow the agreed Incoterms in the order confirmation.
6. Warranty
Hongcheng provides a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal operating conditions specified in the datasheet. The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper soldering, exceeding absolute maximum ratings, ESD events or unauthorized modification.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hongcheng is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability is limited to the value of the products supplied under the relevant order.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including texts, datasheets, images and trademarks, is the property of Hongcheng or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing that, they shall be submitted to the competent court or arbitration body in Dongguan, Guangdong.
