1. Generally, LED brackets are packaged using bracket bars, which are made of copper or iron metal materials stamped by molds. Due to the high cost of copper materials, the cost is naturally high. Influenced by fierce competition in the market, in order to reduce manufacturing costs, most markets use cold-rolled low-carbon steel to punch LED brackets. Iron bracket bars need to be silver plated, which has two functions: one is to prevent oxidation and rust, and the other is to facilitate welding. The electroplating quality of bracket bars is very critical, which is related to the service life of LEDs. Before electroplating, the treatment should be strictly carried out according to the operating procedures, and the processes of rust removal, oil removal, phosphating, etc. should be meticulous. During electroplating, the current should be controlled well, and the thickness of the silver plating layer should be well controlled. If the plating layer is too thick, the cost is high, and if it is too thin, it will affect the quality. Quality. Because most LED packaging companies do not have the ability to inspect the quality of bracket plating, this gives some plating companies an opportunity to thin the silver plating layer of the plated bracket and reduce cost expenditures. General packaging companies lack IQC inspection methods for bracket plating and do not have instruments to test the thickness and fastness of the bracket plating layer, making it easier for them to get by. Even packaged LEDs may experience dead lights due to the thin silver plating layer and weak adhesion, causing solder joints to detach from the bracket. So preventing static electricity from damaging electronic components is an important task in the electronics industry, and companies involved in LED packaging and application should not take it lightly. Any problem in any link will cause damage to the LED, leading to deterioration or even failure of its performance. Moisture proof: To prevent the product from absorbing moisture during transportation and storage, the packaging of SMD LEDs is made of moisture-proof aluminum bags, which contain desiccants and humidity cards. The desiccants mainly control the humidity inside the packaging bags, while the humidity cards mainly monitor the humidity inside the packaging bags.
